Ruslan Taran's work experience is as follows:

- From 2023 (NDA'd company): Consulting in Global Capital Markets, specifically in Leveraged Finance Trading and Banking Books Review.

- From 2018 to present: Capital Markets Risk Lead and Senior Credit Officer at VTB Bank (Europe) SE. Responsibilities include leading strategic projects such as setting up Capital Markets Risk infrastructure in Frankfurt and managing the Brexit Contingency Plan.

- Since 2005: Founder and MD of "Kontinent-Taran" LLC, focused on real estate investment structuring.

- From 2022 to 2023: Angel Investor at Vampr, a music networking platform acquired by Jaxsta.

Ruslan Taran completed their education with a Diploma in Securities and Derivatives from the ICMA Centre, Henley Business School, University of Reading from 2013 to 2016. Ruslan also pursued postgraduate studies in Film/Cinema/Video Studies at Bondarchyuk's Film School "Industry" from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, they received various certifications, including an Asset Management License from the National Securities and Stock Market Commission in 2011 and additional certifications in various financial fields from Bloomberg LP in 2012. Prior to their formal education, they received trainings focused on financial markets from leading learning solutions providers from 2007 to 2021. Ruslan also holds a Master's Degree in Financial Analysis & Engineering from Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Banking from the same university, achieved from 2003 to 2007. Ruslan also completed a joint program on Credit Derivatives Analysis and Trading from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and HfB with NBU educational center in 2008. Recently, in 2022, they obtained a certification in NFT Talents from Frankfurt School Venture Capital.
