Eric Meier

Eric Meier has diverse work experience in various industries. Eric started their career as a Program Manager at Protocol Systems, Inc., a patient monitoring and defibrillator company, where they worked from 1992 to 1996. Eric then joined Johnson & Johnson as an Executive Director from 1996 to 2000.

In 2000, Meier became President & CEO of Calypso Medical, a company specializing in real-time tumor motion tracking during radiation therapy. Eric led Calypso Medical until 2010 when the company was acquired by Varian Medical Systems.

After Calypso Medical, Meier became President & CEO of Cervel Neurotech, Inc. from 2010 to 2015, leading the development of a novel non-invasive neuromodulation platform for the treatment of depression, pain, and addiction. Rio Grande Neurosciences acquired Cervel Neurotech in 2015.

From 2004 to 2015, Meier also served as a Board Member for the Medical Device Manufacturers Association (MDMA).

Meier's next role was as a Board Member at Ziba Design from 2000 to 2016. Eric also served as a Board Member for the Doernbecher Foundation from 2013 to 2017.

Meier's most recent position is as President & CEO of Owl, a leading provider of precision care management solutions for behavioral health. Eric has been with the company since 2015, where they integrate measurement-based care, clinical decision support, and data insights into existing treatment workflows through its cloud-based platform.

Eric Meier attended Duke University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering.
