Fabian R.

Fabian R. has a strong background in mechanical engineering with experience in various industries. Fabian started their career as an Engineering Intern at 3D Robotics in June 2014 and stayed until January 2015. Fabian then became a Mechanical Engineering Consultant from November 2014 to July 2015. Fabian R. also worked as a Reliability Engineer from July 2015 to February 2016 and as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in FEA and Solidworks from July 2015 to September 2016. Later on, they joined DeepFlight: High-Performance Personal Submarines as a Mechanical Engineer from November 2016 to August 2017. Currently, Fabian R. is the Principal Mechanical Engineer at Owl Labs, where they lead a technical team and is responsible for full-stack mechanical engineering, including R&D, sustaining, and data-driven design using various software and tools.

Fabian R. completed an A.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Modesto Junior College from 2009 to 2011. Fabian then pursued a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Cognitive Science, specializing in Human Computer Interactions, from the University of California, San Diego -- Jacobs School of Engineering from 2011 to 2014.
