Pieter Vaniperen

Pieter VanIperen is an accomplished Chief Information Security Officer at Own Company since April 2024, with extensive experience in cybersecurity and technology. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at New York University, Pieter has developed a specialized curriculum focused on code security and attack prevention. Previously, as Senior Vice President at CLEAR, Pieter established an industry-leading Product Security Program and collaborated with government agencies. Pieter has also held significant roles at PWV Consultants, 21st Century Fox, TD Ameritrade, and co-founded both Sports Media 101 and Omnipossible, demonstrating a strong track record in cybersecurity, cloud security, and technology innovation. Pieter holds a BFA and BS from New York University and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University.
