Sara Coady Howe

Sara Coady Howe has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Sara is currently the Vice President of Talent at their own company since 2022. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at ZoomInfo from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, Sara held the position of Senior Director Talent Management, VP at Santander Bank, N.A. from 2017 to 2019, where they led a Talent Strategy and Operations team. Sara also worked as the Director of Organizational Development and HRBP at Dell EMC from 2016 to 2017, supporting org design initiatives for the Infrastructure Solutions Group. Before that, they worked at VCE, The Converged Platforms Division of EMC from 2010 to 2016, where they served as Senior Manager, HRBP and Global Programs and Manager, HR Operations. Sara started their career as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at EMC from 2007 to 2010 and as an HR and Recruiting Consultant at Keane, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Sara began their professional journey as a Recruiter at consulting/staffing firms from 2002 to 2005.

Sara Coady Howe completed their BBA and BA degrees in Marketing and English Literature from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1997 to 2002. Sara then pursued further education at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, where they obtained a BBA degree in Marketing.
