William Penn

William Penn is an experienced Senior Implementation Engineer with a solid background in Salesforce administration and technical project coordination. Since October 2021, William has been leading implementation efforts at an own company, building on prior experience as a Senior Salesforce Administrator at the New Jersey Innovation Institute from April 2018 to October 2021. William’s career began at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where roles included Technical Project Coordinator and Webmaster, while also serving as a Business Analytics Lab Assistant. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earned in 2019.
