Toby Fenn

Toby Fenn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including real estate, finance, and sports. As the Founding Partner at Ox Living since August 2017, Toby has focused on addressing the housing shortage in Oxfordshire by retrofitting and repurposing old properties into high-quality houseshares for young professionals. Toby served as Director of Business Development at BetaSmartz from August 2020 to November 2023, where efforts were concentrated on equipping financial institutions with automation solutions. Previous roles include Professional Rugby Player for the Hong Kong Rugby Union from January 2012 to March 2022, Director of Sales at Castlestone Management, and Regional Business Development Manager at Capital Platforms Pte Ltd. Education includes an MSc in Sustainable Energy from the University of Nottingham, studies in Sustainable Finance at the University of Cambridge, and research on solar thermal desalination technology at the Beijing Institute of Technology.
