Daniel Holdeman has held a variety of positions in the digital marketing and HVAC industries since 2004. In 2004, they began working as an HVAC Tech at PPC Air Conditioning Inc, where they were responsible for maintaining healthy relationships with business accounts, working in a team to promote and aid commercial services to customers, and executing the delivery of services across multiple counties in a given day. In 2007, they took on the role of General Manager at Galaxy Parties Inc, where they leveraged PPC as the primary means toward consistent, substantial year over year growth, and grew the business to become the largest children's entertainment provider in L.A. In 2011, they became a Territory Sales & Marketing Manager at Signature Fundraising, where they generated over $500K with small retail items in one year, within a small territory via sales, SEM, and marketing, and prepared and executed professional sales presentations and negotiations for numerous boards. In 2012, they were hired as an Online Marketing Manager at MMT Advertising, where they managed multiple PPC ad spend budgets across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Facebook, outperformed fellow Google Partners in effectiveness and customer service according to Google, and exponentially multiplied organic traffic across numerous industries. In 2014, they became a Search Engine Marketing Manager at Scorpion Design. In 2015, they were appointed CEO of Oxbird, a turnkey solution that makes them an easy add-on for agencies, enabling them to reallocate resources toward growth and have their accounts professionally managed. Finally, in 2022, they became a Contributing Expert at Search Engine Journal.

Daniel Holdeman received their Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Phoenix Seminary in Biblical & Theological Studies between 2022 and 2025. Daniel obtained their Organizational Management degree from The Master's University in Organizational Leadership between 2013 and 2015. Daniel completed 50% of a Bachelor's of Theology, equivalent to their M.Div program, from The Master's Seminary between 2008 and 2011. Daniel took 60 units of general education and business-specific courses from Los Angeles Valley College between 2006 and 2008. Daniel also attended HVAC Adult School between 2001 and 2003.
