Sam Follit

Principal at Oxeon Partners

Since joining the firm in 2017, Sam has led both organizational design and executive search work for many of Oxeon’s venture and private equity-backed healthcare IT and service clients. She’s had the good fortune of partnering with investors and board leadership on a wide array of searches, including CEO, CIO, CMO, and Operating Partner placements. Sam also leads Oxeon’s talent strategy partnership with The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), the CMS component leading national payment reform and the transformation to value based reimbursement.

Before joining Oxeon, she served as the Director of Transformational Services at Divurgent LLC, a boutique healthcare management consultancy. Sam stood-up their Transformational Services practice, and launched their consulting portfolio and a $26M services pipeline. Prior to Divurgent, Sam was a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting’s Organizational Transformation and Talent practice. She has worked with a number of commercial and federal integrated healthcare delivery systems on large scale technology driven organizational change initiatives. Sam launched her career in healthcare at The Advisory Board Company, where she partnered with clients on a range of projects from Pioneer ACO strategy and reporting to clinical effectiveness and surgical device utilization.

Sam grew up in the Washington, DC suburbs and currently resides in the District. Outside of the office, you can typically find her with her partner in crime: 2 year old Goldendoodle Scout.
