Madison Cahill

Madison works on the operations team as the Talent Operations Manager and Executive Assistant. At Madison’s core she believes that the smooth operations of the company start with the smooth operations of Oxeon’s work environment. She works tirelessly to ensure that the office is humming at all times. No issue is too big or small for Madison to grab a hold of and fix – all with a smile on her face. In addition to her work managing the office, Madison also manages the hectic schedule of Mia Jung. Through her organizational skills, endless to-do lists and a can-do attitude Madison manages to keep all these balls in the air – smiling and laughing as she goes.

Madison graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara where she studied Global Studies and Business Management. She spent a semester abroad studying in both Rome and Madrid, becoming fluent in Spanish and picking up some Italian along the way. Having grown up in San Diego, her love for travel and adventure brought her to the East Coast to leave the beach behind to explore city life. In her free time, Madison enjoys exploring the city through weekend brunch, shopping at outdoor markets, and searching for the best taco shop in New York City.
