Dean Agron

Dean Agron has an extensive work experience in the technology industry. In 2020, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Oxeye. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at KayHut as Director, Head of Strategy Group and Senior Cyber Security Strategy Analyst. From 2010 to 2016, they were employed at Imperva, where they held the roles of Team Lead, Global Strategic Partners Sales Engineering, Senior Sales Engineer, Strategic Partners and Cloud Services, and R&D Software Engineer. From 2007 to 2010, Dean worked at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. as an R&D Software Engineer. In 2006, they had an internship at Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company) as an Integration Engineer.

Dean Agron obtained a M.Sc in Management Sciences with a focus in Finance-Accounting from Tel Aviv University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in an Extended Degree in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University between 2004 and 2007.
