Dorcas Robinson is a seasoned professional in climate change policy and programs, currently serving as Senior Manager at Oxfam America since June 2022. With a robust consultancy background as Principal at Dunia Moja Consulting (July 2017 - June 2022), projects addressed international climate justice, disaster resilience, and community adaptation. Previously, as Director for the Resilience Measurement, Evidence & Learning Community of Practice, Dorcas led a global network focused on resilience investment evidence. A dedicated advocate for gender-equitable climate action, Dorcas held various leadership roles at CARE from 2002 to 2017, including Climate Change Resource and Partnerships Coordinator and Director for Gender and Food Security, where strategic partnerships and innovative programs were developed.
