Carol Hoffmann

Carol Hoffmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain and project management. Currently serving as the Sustainable Supply Chain Manager at Oxfam since April 2021, Carol focuses on ethical and environmental assessments of suppliers, while also identifying potential risks in the supply chain. Previous roles include Project Manager at McLaren Racing, where Carol led strategic planning for a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, and positions at INUIT Soaps and Cervecería Boliviana Nacional, where process optimization and standardization were key achievements. Carol holds a MicroMaster in Supply Chain Management from MITx and a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management from the University of Bath, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from UPB, graduating with distinction.
