Koang Kay Keak

Koang Kay Keak is an experienced professional in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) with a substantial background in humanitarian response and program quality management. Currently serving as the Refugee Response MEAL Coordinator at Oxfam, responsibilities include leading MEAL functions, designing data collection tools, and coordinating capacity building plans to ensure program quality. Koang has held various key roles, including Interim Country MEAL Coordinator at Oxfam International and Program Officer at the Center for Victims of Torture, focusing on data analysis and organizational diversity initiatives. With prior roles at Save the Children and International Rescue Committee, expertise spans MEAL management, client responsiveness, and training delivery. Koang holds a Master's degree in Development Studies and is pursuing a PhD in Food Security and Development at Addis Ababa University.
