Pooja Gharti

Pooja Gharti currently serves as a Business Development Officer at Oxfam since October 2024. Prior to this role, Pooja worked as a Programme Funding Associate at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp (DanChurchAid) from February 2023 to October 2024 and gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute of Crisis Management Studies, Tribhuvan University, from February 2021 to December 2022. Pooja holds a Master of Arts in Crisis Management with a focus on Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from the Institute of Crisis Management Studies, Samarpan Academy, which is expected to be completed in January 2024. Additionally, Pooja earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Insurance from APEX College.
