Celia Peak-Smylie has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Celia has held various roles in different organizations.

From 2019 to the present, Celia has been working as the Module Lead in Marketing and Strategy at Oxford Brookes University. Celia'sresponsibilities include helping entrepreneurs and business leaders grow their businesses, as well as managing teams and overseeing marketing modules for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Lecturer in Marketing and Strategy at Oxford Brookes University from 2019 to 2021.

In 1999, Celia joined The Corum Consultancy as a Director. Celia'srole involved assisting individuals in senior leadership positions and sales teams in improving performance and finding solutions to challenges. Celia also led change management and strategy development programs across various industries in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
