Helen Hall has a diverse and extensive work experience. Helen began their career as a Sutton Trust Summer School Mentor at the University of Nottingham in 2007. Helen then moved on to work at Aimhigher Derbyshire as a Development and Activities Officer, where they were responsible for organizing widening participation events and managing communications. Following that, Helen joined St John's College, University of Oxford as a Schools Liaison Officer, where they established a successful regional program for student recruitment and widening access. In 2015, Helen joined Oxford Brookes University as the Head of UK Partnerships & Apprenticeships, where they oversaw the strategic direction and management of the university's partnerships, and later transitioned to the role of UK Recruitment & Admissions Director. In this role, they provided strategic leadership for student recruitment and diversification, as well as managed the university's central Admissions team. Helen's work experience demonstrates their expertise in widening access, student recruitment, and partnership management.
Helen Hall completed their education at the University of Nottingham. From 2003 to 2006, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology. Helen then went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Religious Conflict from the same university, graduating in 2007. In 2020, Helen obtained an additional certification called Aurora 2020 from Advance HE.
