Mike Smith

Mike Smith is an accomplished interior design professional and public official with extensive experience in various roles. As a Manufacturers Sales Representative at Hanson Distribution Agency since December 2019, Mike represents notable brands including KI, Pallas Textiles, Takeform, Savoy, and Burch Fabrics. Simultaneously, Mike has been serving as Mayor of the City of Oxford, Ohio, since November 2019. Prior to these roles, Mike spent over 25 years at Miami University as an Interior Designer Extraordinaire, overseeing all aspects of interior design for Academic Operations, including classrooms, offices, laboratories, entertainment venues, food service areas, and hospitality spaces. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Miami University.
