Samuel Franzen is an accomplished consultant with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning within international development and public health sectors. Currently serving as an External Consultant at Verian Group and a Quality Assurance, Evaluation, and Risk Assessment Expert at Oxford Global Projects, Samuel has also led Franzen Consulting Limited since December 2020. Previous roles include Senior Consultant positions at Octant AI and Oxford Policy Management, where Samuel played a pivotal role in health system strategies and project leadership. An alumnus of the University of Oxford, Samuel holds a PhD in Tropical Medicine and Global Health and has contributed to various research initiatives and training programs globally, fostering improved practices in clinical trials and health interventions.
