Jarek Sowinski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting, particularly within the software and hardware sectors. Since June 2011, Jarek has held various roles at Oxford International, including European Market Manager and Recruiting Manager, focusing on contract and freelance positions across embedded software and hardware development in multiple industries such as automotive, medical, aerospace, military, and energy throughout Germany, Switzerland, Austria, BeNeLux, and Scandinavia.
