Pam Winger

Pam Winger has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Oxford Global Resources since January 2016. Prior to this role, Pam held the position of HR Manager at On Assignment from September 2007 to August 2021. Pam began a career in human resources at the University of California, Los Angeles, where responsibilities included serving as a Sr. Fiscal and Human Resources Analyst from January 1996 to August 2007. Academic qualifications include a degree from California State University, Northridge, completed between 1989 and 1993.
