Andrew Webb has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Andrew began their career as an Undergraduate Engineer at GE Aircraft Engine Services in 1993 and then worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at HPE Tredegar in 1995. After that, they joined Surface Technology Systems in 1996 as a Mechanical / Project Engineer and later became the New Product Development Manager and Mechanical Engineering Team Leader. In 2009, they moved to SPTS Technologies Ltd and served as an Engineering Team Leader. Since 2010, Webb has been associated with Oxford Instruments, where they have held various roles including Engineering Manager, Project Director, New Product Development Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Project Management.

Andrew Webb attended the University of the West of England from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering. Their field of study focused on Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering.
