Dennis Fu

Dennis Fu is a Senior Applications Engineer Team Lead in the plasma technology field at Oxford Instruments plc. Prior to this, Dennis worked as an R&D Engineer at TSMC and Micron Technology, focusing on advanced metrology systems and packaging technology development. Dennis holds a Master of Science in Materials Sciences and Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Sciences and Engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
