Sophie Hawes

Sophie Hawes is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Officer and previously as an HR and Recruitment Coordinator at Oxford Metrics since March 2022. Sophie has a solid background in HR, having worked as an HR Assistant at Cherwell District Council from August 2015 to March 2022 and as a Teaching Assistant at Chenderit School, where the focus was on supporting secondary school children with learning difficulties from September 2013 to August 2015. Sophie holds a Level 5 Certificate in Human Resources Management from CIPD obtained between 2018 and 2019, and an International Fashion Marketing degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2013.
