Dawn Mischler has a diverse work experience spanning several industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. Dawn has held various roles in talent acquisition and recruiting, utilizing their expertise in sourcing and placing candidates. Dawn has worked for companies such as Oxford Nanopore Technologies, Natera, AstraZeneca, Intra-Cellular Therapies, Allergan, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, Kelly, Mass Mutual/Financial Architects, Sutherland Global Services, and Kelly Services. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong recruitment skills and the ability to adapt to different sectors.

Dawn Mischler attended Monroe Community College from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications related to diversity, inclusion, and relationship-building. In December 2018, they became certified in Diversity & Inclusion from Cielo Talent.
