Heather Morin

Heather Morin has worked in various human resources roles since 1997. Heather began their career at MediSense/An Abbott Labs Company as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, followed by a role as Manager, Human Resources and Training & Development at Stryker Biotech. From 2005 to 2007, they were the Director, Human Resources at Archemix Corp. Heather then served as Director, HR at Audax Group from 2010 to 2011, followed by a role as Senior Human Resources Consultant as an Independent HR Contractor. From 2020 to 2022, they held two positions at PlateletBio, Associate Director, People & Culture and Senior Manager, Human Resources. Currently, they are the Associate Director, People & Culture at Stellular Bio.

Heather Morin graduated from Bentley University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Heather then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Change from Regis College, which they completed in 2005. Heather is also a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
