Sara Hochman is a dedicated registered dietitian with extensive experience in nutritional care across various healthcare settings. Currently employed at NYC Health + Hospitals Gotham Health and Oxford Nursing Home Inc since August 2020 and April 2019 respectively, Sara collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to assess residents' nutritional needs, develop care plans, and educate families and staff on diet modifications. Previous roles include serving as the WIC Program Nutrition Coordinator at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, as well as internships and educator positions focusing on nutrition counseling and education in underserved communities.
