Lainie Cooney is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Oxford Road since November 2024 and as the Founder of North Star Consulting Solutions since July 2024, Cooney previously held senior HR roles at Bambee, FanDuel, and Blue Apron, including Chief People Officer at Bambee and FanDuel and Chief Human Resources Officer at Blue Apron. Cooney holds a M.A. in Advanced Doctoral Studies in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University-Los Angeles and a BA in Psychology from Clark University.
