Matthieu Louis has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Matthieu is currently working at oxio as a Technical Lead, responsible for leading technical projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Specialist at the same company. Before joining oxio, Matthieu worked at CGI as a Consultant Senior Service Desk, where they collaborated closely with technical teams to resolve incidents and improve technicians' technical skills. Matthieu also provided technical assistance to level 1 technicians. Matthieu gained experience as a Technicien informatique and Consultant en informatique during their time at CGI. Additionally, they worked at Tim Hortons as a Crewman and at Ville de Dolbeau-Mistassini as a Support technique informatique, where they provided technical support.
Matthieu Louis began their education by completing a Baccalauréat STI2D in Informatique at Saint Jean Baptiste de la Salle from 2014 to 2017. Following this, they pursued their Diplome d'études collégiales in Informatique at Cégep de Saint-Félicien from 2017 to 2020.
In addition to their formal education, Matthieu has obtained various certifications. Matthieu earned a Certification Digital Active from Google in April 2017. Later on, in June 2020, they acquired certifications in Effective Communication with Clients, Conflict Management, Stress and Time Management in Customer Service, and Offering Effective Internal Customer Service, all from Skillsoft. Most recently, in September 2020, they completed courses in Developing Effective Coaching Relationships and Techniques to Encourage Action from Skillsoft. Additionally, they obtained an Okta Certified Professional certification from Okta in September 2022.
