Jorge Kipreos has a range of work experience in various companies. Jorge worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at Universidad de los Andes (CL) starting in 2023. Before that, they held the position of Head of Pricing at OXXO in 2023. From 2021 to 2022, Jorge was a Pricing Specialist at Johnson & Johnson. Prior to that, they served as Head of Pricing at Grupo Bimbo from 2017 to 2019. In 2017, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Before that, they were a LATAM Coordinator at CNOOD Engineering & Construction S.A for a brief period in 2016. In 2014, Jorge had a finance internship at Empresa Portuaria Valparaíso.
Jorge Kipreos pursued their education in a systematic manner, prioritizing their academic development. In 2011, they enrolled at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics in 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, in 2016, they furthered their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Marketing in 2017.
Additionally, Jorge Kipreos focused on enhancing their professional skills by obtaining a certification in "Pricing: Using Data to Improve Pricing Performance" from the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management. Jorge successfully completed this certification in November 2020.
