Regulo Salinas has a diverse background in HR and business roles, with experience at companies like OXXO, Finkargo, Citi, Whirlpool Corporation, Oracle, GE Global Operations, Prolec GE, and Nemak. Regulo holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Currently, Regulo serves as the HR Transformation Lead and HRBP for Business Transformation at OXXO.
