En tant que Responsable de Compte Technique SAP (RCT), vous assumerez diverses tâches visant à gérer les relations clients et à développer de nouvelles activités auprès de clients existants et nouveaux. Vous serez le visage d'oXya et dans la plupart des cas, vous serez le représentant principal qui communiquera avec les clients.

TECHNICAL SAP ACCOUNT MANAGER

As an SAP Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will perform various duties to manage client relationships and develop new business from existing and new clients. You will be the face of oXya, and in most cases, you will be the primary company representative who communicates with clients.
Your mission with oXya includes the following duties:
Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters linked to your customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services per customer needs and objectives
Communicate the progress of initiatives periodically to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement
Prepare reports on accounts status
Collaborate with sales teams on business opportunities
Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Required experience:
IT Service Management: 4 years
SAP Managed Services: 4 years
Language(s) required (spoken and written): French and English
