David Rafalovsky

David Rafalovsky is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Oxygen since February 2023 and as a Board Member at Kizen since February 2022, Rafalovsky previously held significant positions including Group CTO and Global Head of O&T at Sber from February 2018 to February 2022, and Managing Director and CTO of Citi Global Functions in compliance, risk, and finance at Citi from 1998 to 2017. Earlier in the career, Rafalovsky served as VP at General Instrument from 1995 to 1997. Rafalovsky holds a Master's degree in Advanced Software Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
