Gildas Winter is an experienced hospitality professional with extensive expertise in restaurant management and operations. Currently, Gildas serves as the General Manager for OY Hospitality, overseeing the pre-opening and opening of multiple food and beverage venues in Dubai, UAE. Previous roles include Directeur général at 99 SUSHI BAR LTD., Director of the Food and Beverages division at Chip Mong Retail, and a series of leadership positions within Vibe Cafe Asia and Le Comptoir HK. Additionally, Gildas has held key operational roles at GW Consulting, Wild & The Moon, and Organic Foods and Cafe, focusing on brand development, project management, and strategic operations. Gildas holds a Master's degree in International Trade and International Business from ILERI, Paris.
