Matt Taylor

Matt Taylor has extensive experience in people operations and talent acquisition. Matt currently holds the position of Sr. Director of People Operations at Viatris Eye Care. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Director of People Operations at Oyster Point Pharma, where they focused on delivering HR services, implementing process improvements, and leveraging automation for employee experience enhancement. Before that, Matt served as the Director of Global Human Resources at Bioclinica, where they led the HRBP and Talent Acquisition team. Matt also worked at Comcast as a Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and at SAP Americas as a Recruiting Team Lead.

Matt Taylor studied at The Wharton School from 2015 to the present, focusing on Creating and Leading High Performing Teams. Prior to that, they attended Temple University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Matt also obtained a Master of Science in Human Resource Development (MSHRD) from Villanova University.
