Mike Mendoza

Mike Mendoza has extensive experience in the field of eClinical technology strategy and biometrics. Mike currently serves as the Executive Director of eClinical Technology Strategy and Biometrics at TFS HealthScience - Contract Research Organization. Prior to this role, they held positions as the Senior Director of Solutions Management - eClinical at CALYX, the Senior Director of EDC and Client Services at PAREXEL Informatics, Inc., and the Senior Director of Data Management at Premier Research. Mike has also served as the Director of Data Management at Premier-Research, the Global Director at CliniRx Research Pvt. Ltd., the Director at Reliance Clinical Research, and the Manager at SCIREX. Mike began their career in the healthcare industry as a Dialysis - Patient Care worker at Covenant Medical Center. Throughout their career, Mike has been responsible for overseeing projects, managing personnel, implementing quality management processes, and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Mike Mendoza completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology with a specialization in Immunology from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1991 to 1996, majoring in Microbiology. In addition to their formal education, Mike has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include certifications in Build, PMC Level II, Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, and PMC Level I, all from Pragmatic Institute, which they obtained in 2020. Mike also holds certifications in Medidata Rave from Medidata Solutions, obtained in 2015, DataLabs Train the Trainer from PAREXEL, obtained in 2008, and MedDRA from MedDRA MSSO, obtained in 2004.
