Andrea Rékási is a seasoned payroll specialist with extensive experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, and various European and international locations. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Specialist at Oyster®, Andrea effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams and oversees payroll data accuracy while ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Previous roles at WorkMotion, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Roche provided valuable expertise in payroll, HR operations, and customer master data management. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from Eötvös Loránd University, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Debrecen.
