Natalie Tang

Natalie Tang is a Global Employment Advisor focused on New Business Development at Oyster® since February 2024, contributing to an end-to-end HR platform that enhances global employment processes. Prior to this role, Natalie held positions at Good Nugget as Partnerships and Strategy lead, and at Babes On Waves as Project Lead focusing on community and talent for underrepresented individuals. Additionally, experience includes working as a Senior Brand Partnerships Consultant at Odore and as a Business Development Representative at Reachdesk, where efforts were concentrated on personalized marketing strategies and partnership development. Natalie started a career as a Legal Headhunter at Hayes & Partners, and holds a Master of Science in Medicine from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine from the University of East Anglia.
