How will you add value to the Ozan journey?

• Liaise with the business to understand root causes of financial results, investigation of budget variances and formulation of recovery plans,

• Prepare, analyze prices and margin for direct and indirect business and customers,

• Be a key user for the financial/reporting software,

• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported,

• Responsible for the implementation and management of an effective system of internal controls,

• Acting as a business partner to other departments on financial issues and decisions,

• Performing analyses and reporting on a monthly basis,

• Ensuring compliance with legal and accounting standards, norms, and procedures with company procedures,

• Develop and realize process improvements,

• Develops best practice accounting solutions,

• Preparing ad-hoc reports for the Finance Management Team.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economics etc.),

• Minimum +3 years of experience, audit is a plus,

• Solid knowledge of Accounting and Reporting Standards,

• Strong relationship building skills, complex thinking ability and creative problem-solving skills,

• High affinity for numbers and advanced Excel skills,

• Excellent command of written and spoken communication skills
