Howard Bycroft

Howard Bycroft has over 15 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on directing HR processes for various healthcare organizations. Howard has held leadership positions such as Vice President of Human Resources at Ozarks Healthcare and Director of Human Resources at Lovelace Health System. At Touro Infirmary, they directed HR processes for a 308-bed hospital and led a team of managers, recruiters, coordinators, and nurses. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Yuma Regional Medical Center, overseeing a team in employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations. Howard also has experience in corporate HR, having served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sedona Financial Corp, where they led a team in talent acquisition, compliance, and benefits. Additionally, they have experience in retail HR, having worked as a General Manager at ANN INC. and in Human Resources at Target. Throughout their career, Howard has demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, recruitment, training and development, and performance management.

Howard Bycroft received their Juris Doctor degree in Labor and Employment Law from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 1997. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management and Human Resources from UNLV Lee Business School between 1989 and 1994.
