Prior to this, Arpit worked as a Technology Lead at OZiva, where they migrated legacy architecture to a microservice-based system. ­arpit also has experience as a Regional Technology Team Lead at Aegon Global Technology, where they managed and grew a cross-cultural team. Arpit has worked as a Technology Lead at Coverfox Insurance and as a Senior Web Developer and Architect at Shine.com. ­arpit has also worked as a Lead Full Stack Engineer at HSS Hire, where they developed a B2B marketplace. Additionally, Arpit has experience as a Principal Software Engineer at Brillgen Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and as an Intern at HCL Infosystems Ltd. ­arpit started their career as a Freelancer, undertaking projects for website development and content management.
