Anton Lukyanov

Anton Lukyanov has extensive experience in people analytics and data-driven decision-making. Anton is currently the Head of People Analytics at OZON.ru, where they designed and implemented an HR Data Platform, launched an HRTech ecosystem, and led the implementation of Electronic Digital Signature (EDS). Prior to this, they served as the Head of People Analytics team at Yandex, where they developed a scoring model for applicants' resumes, created an analytical database, and implemented an algorithm to detect professionals at risk of leaving the company. Anton also has experience as a Team Lead in Marketing Analytics at Restream and as the Head of eCommerce Analytics at Eldorado LLC, where they were involved in launching profitable promotional campaigns and increasing online sales. Before that, they worked as a Quantitative Analyst at Rodcroft.

Anton Lukyanov holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). Anton also obtained a Big Data Specialist certification from New Professions Lab. Additionally, they have acquired a variety of certifications in subjects such as People Analytics, Mathematics and Python for Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and Big Data, among others. The specific institutions granting these certifications include LinkedIn, Coursera Course Certificates, edX, and the University of Illinois.
