Mary-Pierre Waiss

Mary-Pierre Waiss has an extensive work experience in the medical field. Mary-Pierre began their career as a Research Scientist at the University of Washington in 2000. In 2008, Mary-Pierre joined Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. as Vice President of Clinical Affairs. In this role, they collaborated with the Scientific Advisory Board and Chief Medical Officer to identify clinical objectives and develop the R & D steps to achieve successful product development/commercialization. Mary-Pierre also partnered with the CEO and CFO to develop strategic investor relationships and fundraising strategies. In 2011, Mary-Pierre founded and became a Board Member of Precision Image Analysis, an innovative startup enabling remote analysis of MRI and CT scans. As CEO, they oversaw a leadership team and over 30 clinical staff. In 2020, Mary-Pierre joined Keya Medical as Vice President of Market Development and Waiss Consultants, LLC as Managing Director. In 2021, they were recruited by Apis Health Angels as Co-Fund Manager Inaugural Cohort & Fund Manager Apis Cohort II and became a Member of the Forbes Technology Council. Mary-Pierre is currently Chair- Advisory Board of the Evergreen Bioscience Innovation Cluster.

Mary-Pierre Waiss is currently enrolled in the UCLA Anderson School of Management, pursuing a Certificate of Corporate Governance. Prior to this, they earned a BS Degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound from Seattle University.
