Annika Griese

Annika Griese is an experienced professional in process optimization and project management, currently working at P2 | Regisseurs van een betere toekomst since September 2019. In this role, Annika focuses on real estate process optimization for Landschap Noord-Holland and circular economy research for Metropoolregio Amsterdam. Previous positions include project manager for urban transformation at Gemeente Amsterdam Stadsdeel Zuidoost, where Annika improved livability in H-buurt, and process facilitator for various organizations, such as the Ministry of L&V and Stichting Nationaal Park Hollandse Duinen. Annika has also contributed as a research manager at Perspective and as a consultant at OpMorgen, enhancing organizational development in the public sector. Education includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Design and Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology, both from Radboud University.
