Phil Millard

Phil Millard is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles in different companies. At P2i, Phil currently holds the position of Head of Engineering, while at Veolia Nuclear Solutions, Phil served as a Change Champion. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Loughborough University, Phil's expertise lies in senior mechanical engineering, business development, and driving change within SMEs undergoing substantial growth. Prior to their current roles, Phil also held leadership positions at Oxford Technologies Ltd and TNA Europe Ltd.
