Lisa Rohland

As Vice President of Human Capital and Organization Development, Lisa Rohland will lead P3’s integrated talent, engagement and organization development practices, which are pivotal to delivering the P3 Mission and Vision through people. Lisa’s skills and experience will be instrumental in reinforcing P3’s Core Values and Culture.

She brings more than three decades of global experience in leadership roles in health care and manufacturing businesses across a variety of public and private sectors. She is a certified change and integration management teacher; has strong experience working in scaled agile operating models; and expertise in management consulting, program and project leadership, executive coaching, competency model development, digital transformation, and training delivery.

Lisa has an extensive background in M&A integration work; sales force effectiveness; HR optimization; and the design of shared services operating models across multiple functions, such as finance, procurement, supply chain, and HR.

She holds a Master of Science degree from the Merriweather School of Business at Case Western Reserve University. She is also an executive board member for a not-for-profit social services organization in Montgomery County, Penn., which is dedicated to addressing life issues for children, teens, adults, and families.
