Matt Heyerdahl

Matt Heyerdahl, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Accounting at P3 Health Partners since September 2022. Previously, Matt held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Acres from January 2022 to June 2022 and at Gaming Arts, LLC from February 2020 to January 2022, where Matt also served as Chief Accounting Officer and Director of Finance. Additional experience includes roles as Process, Risk and Governance Director at Frazier & Deeter, LLC, and Global Chief Accounting Officer at Aruze Gaming America, where responsibilities included Global Corporate Controller and Global Reporting Manager. Prior experience encompasses a tenure at EY as a Senior Risk Consultant and at Las Vegas Sands Corporation as a Senior Internal Auditor. Matt earned a BBA in Accounting and a BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business between 2003 and 2008.
