WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Group Business Controller to join our corporate Finance team and take over responsibility for the expense side of our portfolio.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Property OPEX and CAPEX controlling with extra focus on ESG area – forecasting, budgeting, reporting, analytics and business cases
• Business partnering with AM/PM teams and Head of ESG
• Co-piloting the ESG data platform implementation project
• ESG data platform BI specialist role
• External reporting support to the Head of ESG

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• Relevant data analysis, reporting and presentation experience
• Relevant budgeting and forecasting experience
• Proven ability to handle complex projects
• Proven ability of good time and stress management
• Proven excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across functions
• True interest and continuous knowledge building in ESG area
