WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our Leasing team in the Czech Republic.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
Representing P3 at promo events that are related to the business.
Cooperation on the marketing plan and its further implementation.
Maintenance and extension of the P3 client portfolio.
Coordination and liaison with the Leasing Managers of the other country teams.
Communication and coordination of the activities with the Business Development Manager.
Negotiation of the lease agreements with clients of P3 and coordination with the P3 legal department.
Coordination and negotiation with the agents.
Regular communication with the current clients.
Identification of opportunities for new business (BTS, acquisitions) and involvement in the expansion strategy together with the management of P3 liaison with third parties with regard to the above liaison with the financing bank regarding new leasing conditions.
Preparation of regular investor’s reports and potential presentation of such reports to the management of P3 management of the company.
Preparation of ICMs and HUMs (for internal approval process), contribution to the preparation of the budget.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
Min. 5 years of experience from the industrial real estate market
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with legal and regulatory aspects of the industrial real estate market
Financial and analytical skills
English language - professional working level
