Chad Beemer

Mr. Chad Beemer is a Vice President at P4G Capital where he is responsible for manufacturing optimization and quality metrics.

With nearly 30 years of experience in quality control management, Mr. Beemer brings with him a track record of successful strategic quality direction. He specializes in leading aerospace and automotive manufacturing companies in risk analysis, compliance, and process improvements.

Prior to joining P4G Capital, Mr. Beemer served as the Director of Quality at Rochester Gauges where he developed and managed strategic quality direction at sites in the U.S., U.K., Belgium, China, and Mexico. He also worked as the Quality Manager at Parker Hannifin, Altec, and Schwan Cosmetics, as well as the Director of Quality at AGC Glass Company.

Mr. Beemer holds an MBA in Management and Operations from Baker College in Owosso, Michigan and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northwestern Ohio.
